A veteran coach with more than 30 years of experience, Jeff Judge has served as the quarterback coach and offensive coordinator since 2015.
This is Judge's second stint at Simpson after serving as the defensive coordinator on Jim Williams' staff from 1994-1999. Judge came to Simpson from Defiance College, where he spent three seasons as defensive coordinator.
Before Defiance, Judge was the head coach at Anderson University for nine seasons, leading the Ravens from 2003-11. Under Judge, Anderson led Division III in passing offense in 2003 while going 7-3.
An experienced coordinator on both sides of the ball, Judge has also spent time as a coordinator at Wisconsin-Stevens Point (2000-02) and Morehead State (1990-93). He spent two seasons as defensive coordinator at Stevens Point and one on offense while spending all four seasons on the offensive side at Morehead.
