Phil Ockinga
Since the early 2000s, Phil Ockinga has been an offensive coordinator, special teams coordinator, recruiting coordinator and director of player personnel. He has coached nearly every position group on both sides of the ball, most recently guiding the wide receivers at USD.
Prior to joining Coach Nielson at Western Illinois University in 2015, Ockinga made stops at Hastings College, Fort Hays State and Florida International.
