Pete Traynor
Pete Traynor is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Urbandale High School. He spent several years at Simpson College as both the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator and the Offensive Line Coach. Prior to Simpson, Traynor held several positions in the field of Strength and Conditioning and played professional Football in the NFL, NFL Europe, and the Arena Football League. Traynor is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he was a three-year letterwinner in Football.
